All our Holiday Homes come fully furnished including all the necessary appliances offering the real Home from Home experience including Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine & Dish Washer. We like to call it a ‘turn key’ experience.

Externally a Holiday Home comes with a bespoke-decking package to compliment and maximise the enjoyment of each plot. We really think about how our Holiday Home Owners will want to use the external space for relaxing and entertaining.

Each Holiday Home has two designated parking spots, either alongside or nearby with easy access. Additional parking is available when needed.

The Poplars has two charging points to facilitate electric vehicle charging.

Our Holiday Homes are designed to be “ultra-low” maintenance, requiring only basic tasks such as cleaning the external cladding once a year and clearing debris from the gutters. They are built to British Building Regulation BS3632 standards, with residential uPVC energy-efficient windows and foil-backed insulated walls, resulting in an efficient and durable building that requires minimal upkeep.

Holiday Home ownership is about a hassle-free lifestyle. Leave the gardening gloves at home and relax, as we take care of the grass, hedging, and communal areas as part of the site fee.

Site Fees: £6,750 (inclusive of VAT) per year.
Insurance: “New for old” policy is required, typically costing around £300 to £500 per year (approx.).
Electricity: Individually metered and billed quarterly.
LPG Gas: Individually metered and billed quarterly.

If you live in the UK and already have a TV license for your permanent residence, you do not need an additional license for your Holiday Home. However, if you are commercially letting your Holiday Home, you will need to purchase an additional TV license.

No, currently a Caravan Holiday Home is exempt from Stamp Duty.

No, purchasing a Holiday Home with a standard model license agreement does not involve land registry.

To purchase a Holiday Home already on the park and on a prepared plot, a deposit of £5,000 is required along with a signed Purchase Agreement. The full balance must be paid before the agreed handover date.

We do offer the option to bespoke your Holiday Home, however there are restrictions on what the exterior roof line and finish is, to ensure the Holiday Home is in keeping with the development. The interior can be designed and specified to your exacting requirements. The customer has the ‘final’ sign-off for the whole specification of the Holiday Home.

An initial £5,000 deposit will reserve your plot along with a signed Purchase Agreement. When the Holiday Home has been signed off, to formally place the order the deposit needs to be raised to 50% and the final balance of cleared funds prior to handover.

Yes, we can offer specialist financing packages underwritten by leading UK high street banks. Please ask for further details to explore your options.

Many people can start enjoying their Holiday Home within two weeks, or sooner, depending on the situation. Bespoke Holiday Homes can take around 20 weeks to manufacture, transport, site, and landscape.

The homes feature central heating powered by LPG gas-fired condensing combi boilers, controllable via timer or thermostat. Remote heating controls, such as Hive and Nest, can also be integrated.

No, Holiday Homes cannot be used as permanent residences, which means they are not subject to council tax. Each park operates under a site license that determines the opening dates and length of stay.

Yes, owning a Holiday Home is about creating lasting memories with family and friends. Our park and local facilities offer excellent options for family enjoyment at your pace.

Yes, dogs are welcome. We do, however, require that all dogs are kept on leads while walking around the park.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available across the Park. Each Holiday Home has its own modem to create a network, supporting the connection of smart devices and remote heating controls.

Yes, owners can rent out their Holiday Home, either independently or through a third-party letting agent. Further details are available upon request.

Owners are free to sell their Holiday Homes along with the remaining balance of the license. Sales must be processed through the office to ensure the new owners are fully aware of the terms of the agreement. Owners often sell through word-of-mouth, web-based advertising, or traditional estate agents, but the park can support this process.
